About the Role
Provides client service support to one or more Financial Advisors, serving as the most frequent point of contact within Merrill to address client service needs and support enterprise strategic objectives, operational excellence goals, and client advocacy.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent client service by educating clients on bank products and banking offerings.
- Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of client materials and follow up on all client and FA requests.
- Assist in ensuring practices align with bank policies and procedures to support operational excellence, protect clients, and manage risk.
- Identify, deepen, and maintain client relationships by emphasizing bank offerings and promoting incorporation of banking into day‑to‑day practices, while communicating outcomes to the FA.
- Support day‑to‑day team activities and needs, including covering roles in times of absence or seasonal need increases, leading with a client‑first mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series7, and Series66 (63 and 65 accepted in lieu of66).
- Possess advanced knowledge of investment products.
- Self‑starter with strong work ethic and focus on results.
- Demonstrated client‑centric mindset, acting in the best interest of the client.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technologies.

Minimum Education
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
Work Schedule
Shift:1st shift (U.S.) • Hours per week:37.5.
Compensation
Hourly:$26.50–$45.00 (depends on experience, education, and skill set). Eligible for annual discretionary incentive plan.
