Jamacha Pet Vets is seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) to join our team and support surgery, anesthesia, and dental procedures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of veterinary technician experience.
• Active and good-standing Registered Veterinary Technician in California.
• Proficient in patient assessment, nursing care, and monitoring, plus anesthetic procedures.
• Experience with surgical assistance, aseptic technique, and radiography.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate surgical and dental procedure schedules.
• Calculate and prepare anesthetic medications and drug dosages.
• Induce, monitor, and recover anesthesia.
• Perform dental prophylaxis and dental radiography.
• Monitor patient recovery and ongoing procedural care.
• Guide clients through admission and discharge with compassion.
