Qualifications

• Maryland Licensed Veterinary Technician credential required.
• Associate degree in Veterinary Technology from an accredited program required.
• Minimum 5 years of veterinary experience required.
• Specialty, surgery, anesthesia, or advanced nursing experience preferred.
• CT and MRI experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist board-certified surgeons during procedures and patient care
• Monitor anesthesia using advanced multi-parameter equipment
• Perform laboratory procedures and prepare outside laboratory samples
• Obtain patient histories, weights, and vital signs
• Provide exceptional nursing care for hospitalized patients
• Assist with patient admissions, transfers, recoveries, and discharges
• Support CT and MRI procedures
• Deliver compassionate, professional client communication
• Maintain treatment areas, equipment, and inventory

What We’re Looking For
