A positive, calm demeanor helps in a fast-paced clinic. Ideal candidates have an active VT license, good radiography and anesthesia skills, and a commitment to animal welfare.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Veterinary Technician with an active license.
• 1+ year professional experience preferred but not required.
• We welcome vet tech students or recent grads not yet VTNE.
• Excellent client communication and record management skills.

Responsibilities

• Animal restraint and triage of incoming patients.
• Collection and analysis of lab samples.
• Diagnostic imaging and anesthetic management.
• Nursing care of medical and hospitalized patients.
• Communication of treatment plans with clients.
