Job summary

Alton Main Animal Hospital in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) or new graduate to join our multi-doctor team. You will provide comprehensive nursing care, assist veterinarians with diagnostics and anesthesia, and advocate for patients across diverse cases.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RVT with at least 2 years of practice experience.
• Strong patient care and teamwork.
• Willingness to participate in CE and mentorship programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing tasks including diagnostic sample collection, catheter placement, venipuncture, radiography, anesthesia and pain management.
• Assist veterinarians with dental radiology, prophylaxis and extractions as needed.
• Uphold high standards of patient care and client communication; act as patient advocate.
• Support ongoing education and contribute to practice growth.
