Veterinary Center of Parker, Inc. in Parker, CO is seeking an experienced Certified Veterinary Technician to support veterinarians and front office staff. The role includes anesthesia, surgical assistance, venipuncture, lab work, and client education.

We are AAHA-accredited, open six days a week with no 10-hour shifts, and offer PTO, health insurance, 401(k) and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

We are an AAHA accredited hospital dedicated to providing the highest level of veterinary medicine. We focus on preventative wellness including breed specific healthcare as well as offering integrative treatments such as laser and muscle response testing.

We love having fun and pride ourselves on staying innovative and putting a focus on learning and growing!We are open 6 days a week which means no 10 hour shifts!We close at 5:30pm which means getting home in time for dinner!

What You'll Do:

As a veterinary technician you are a key member of the team providing support to the veterinarian and front office staff to meet the needs of our clients and patients. Our ideal candidate is someone who has anesthesia and surgical experience, maintains a high standard of patient care, is able to multi-task and can communicate effectively with clients, doctors and other team members.

Typical duties: venipuncture, restraint, lab collection and processing, surgery, anesthesia, dental procedures, client education- all typical technician duties. We all wear multiple hats around the hospital and we would love someone who is not afraid to jump in wherever and help when needed.
