Job Description

🐾 Registered Veterinary Technician – Full Time

Are you an experienced Registered Veterinary Technician ready to take the next step in your career? At Wilmington Animal Healthcare Veterinary Hospital, we’re looking for a motivated, compassionate team player to join our fast‑paced, high‑quality, and supportive veterinary practice in beautiful Wilmington, NC.

We’re a thriving 8‑doctor, AAHA‑accredited practice, with 5–6 doctors on the floor daily and an average caseload of 19–22 patients per day. Our hospital blends general practice and urgent care, giving you the opportunity to expand your clinical skills in a dynamic environment.

We offer advanced diagnostics and treatment options, including:

  • Soft tissue and laser surgery
  • Therapeutic laser treatments
  • Ultrasound (including FAST scans)
  • Dedicated urgent care doctor for sick appointments

We take pride in providing exceptional medicine, compassionate care, and a team culture built on respect, learning, and collaboration.

Status: Full Time

Compensation:$24 - $27 based on experience

Schedule: Weekday shifts with rotating Saturdays

Hospital Hours:

  • Mon–Fri: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Sat: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Sun: Closed
