Job summary

A prominent health system is seeking a qualified professional to perform diagnostic polysomnographic tests and educate patients on therapies in Eau Claire, WI. This position requires knowledge of sleep disorders and the ability to perform relevant patient care duties. Candidates should possess a degree from an accredited program in Electroneurodiagnostic Technology or related field, alongside two years of experience in Sleep Disorders. The role includes troubleshooting testing equipment and documenting patient responses, with a part-time schedule offering approximately 12 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program in Electroneurodiagnostic Technology, Respiratory Therapy, or other medical specialty preferred.
• Minimum of two years of related work experience in the Sleep Disorders field preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Performs quality diagnostic polysomnographic (PSG) procedures.
• Records and provides accurate data to physicians for patient treatment.
• Educates patients on prescribed therapies and conducts technical troubleshooting.
