Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join inpatient and outpatient teams in Boston. You will perform patient assessments, manage ventilator support, and assist with bronchoscopy setup while upholding our WE CARE values.

Requirements include an RRT license, ACLS/BLS certifications, 3–5 years of experience, and an Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred). A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered along with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Must have RRT license and ACLS/BLS certifications.
• Experience 3-5 years in respiratory therapy.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in science.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients inpatient/outpatient.
• Set up bronchoscopy and assist.
• Manage ventilator support and settings.
• Perform bedside pulmonary function testing.
• Administer oxygen delivery & other therapies.
