Mercy Hospital St. Louis is hiring for a Respiratory position with a 36-hour work week, offering a sign-on bonus up to $10,000. Shifts are 7:30am–5:00pm, with 4–9 hour variations. Eligible for shift differential, and performs respiratory care duties at Mercy Saint Louis location.

Required: Graduate of a CoArc-approved Respiratory Care program, RCP license, NBRC RRT credential; ER PALS for ER staff. ACLS preferred, Pulmonary Function testing experience preferred. Benefits start from day one.

Qualifications

• Graduate of CoArc-approved Respiratory Care program.
• Meets state licensure requirements and has a current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license.
• Hold the Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential awarded by the NBRC.
• For coworkers who work in the Emergency Room PALS is required.
• Physical demands include push, pull, and grip up to 50 lbs; pinch up to 10 lbs; kneel, crouch, crawl.
• Preferred Education: ACLS.
• Preferred Experience: Pulmonary Function testing experience.
