Advocate Health is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist for a full-time position in our hospital-based Respiratory Therapy Services. You will administer oxygen delivery, operate ventilators, and monitor patient responses to ensure effective oxygenation and safety.
You will independently evaluate therapies, document results, communicate with the care team, and participate in emergency respiratory care and blood gas analyses. Strong knowledge of EMR and regulatory compliance is required.

Graduate of an AMA-approved school of Respiratory Care. Associate's RRT or RRT Equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred. Credentialed as a Registered Respiratory Therapist by the National Board for Respiratory Care. Licensed as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in the state of applicable state. BLS required per policy guidelines. Advanced certifications per facility policy/standards. For free-standing Emergency Department and Virtual Critical Care, 2 years critical care experience required.
