Job summary

Qualifications

• Current state license.
• RRT credential (NBRC) where applicable.
• Successful completion of Hospital and Departmental orientation.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
• ACLS preferred.
• 1 year hospital experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assess the patient and develop the plan of care.
• Implement the plan of care and administer medications as prescribed.
• Evaluate outcomes and modify care as needed.
• Provide patient/family education and counseling.
• Collaborate with care team and provide clinical leadership.
• Support ongoing learning and complete assigned goals.
