University Hospitals in Cleveland is seeking a Pulmonary Function Respiratory Therapist to join the Level 1 trauma center team. The role supports adult patients with breathing issues and provides essential respiratory care during daytime hours.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team to perform ventilator management, airway clearance, and aerosol delivery while adhering to UH standards and patient privacy practices.

A Brief Overview

The therapist is learning and incorporating the mission statement and standards of behavior of his/her hospital or care facility. This therapist performs basic competencies within orientation and provides satisfactory respiratory therapy with minimum supervision.

• Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.
