Job summary

Applicants should hold an Associate's degree in Respiratory Care, Maryland licensure, CPR and BLS certification, with ACLS preferred.

• Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Care from a COARC-accredited program is preferred.
• Maryland licensure required.
• CPR certification and BLS required.
• ACLS preferred.
• All credentials must be maintained with active status.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, applies specialized respiratory care knowledge to assess and intervene for cardiopulmonary patients.
• Administers therapies such as medical gas, humidity, aerosol, hyperinflation, bronchial hygiene, and manages invasive and non-invasive ventilation.
• Collaborates with healthcare teams to implement multidisciplinary care plans.

Work Experience:

Professional Background:

Entry-level to advanced position with demonstrated and documented clinical and operational systems competency in a comparable RCS division.

Authorization to Work in the United States:

Salary Range:

Minimum 34.62/hour - Maximum 57.19/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
