The Staff Pad in Helena, MT is seeking a compassionate Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join a patient‑focused team. This full‑time role offers a $10,000 sign‑on bonus and alignment with a respected Montana healthcare system.

You will set up and operate respiratory therapy equipment, deliver prescribed care, perform diagnostic tests (PFTs, ECGs), collaborate with physicians and nurses, and participate in on‑call rotations.

Qualifications

• RRT credential through NBRC.
• CPR, ACLS, PALS and NRP certifications current.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate respiratory therapy equipment and deliver therapy prescribed by physicians.
• Deliver high-quality respiratory care while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Perform diagnostic testing, including Pulmonary Function Tests (PFTs) and ECGs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to support patient care plans.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed.

What You’ll Do
