Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency seeks a Respiratory Therapist to provide comprehensive respiratory care, including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation within a healthcare team. You will ensure patient safety, support procedures such as ECMO and mechanical ventilation, educate patients and families, and collaborate with staff.

Requirements include an Associate degree or higher in Respiratory Therapy and certifications (RRT, BCLS).

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• Licenses & Certifications: Respiratory Care Practitioner, RRT, Basic Cardiovascular Life Support (BCLS).
• Strong clinical expertise in respiratory procedures and critical care support.

Demonstrates advanced clinical skills supporting procedures such as ECMO, mechanical ventilation, bronchoscopy, sleep studies, and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation. Effectively communicates and collaborates with team members, offers education to patients, families, and staff, and seeks continuous learning opportunities.
