Job summary

CARIN Alliance in Dallas, TX seeks a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures and manage respiratory care for diverse patients. You will interpret ABG, PFTs, and diagnostic data, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and maintain life-support equipment.

The role requires BLS/ACLS, Texas RRT licensure, NBRC registration, and at least 6 months of experience. Strong communication and patient interaction skills are essential for high-quality care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain cardiopulmonary equipment such as ventilators, blood gas analyzers, and oxygen delivery devices.
• Conduct diagnostic tests like arterial blood gases, pulse oximetry, and pulmonary function studies, interpreting results.
• Develop treatment plans based on physical assessments and patient data, utilizing critical thinking skills.
• Participate in infection control, safety, and quality assurance activities.
• Perform equipment cleaning and maintenance, ensuring optimal operation.
• Communicate effectively with patients to enhance satisfaction.
