Methodist Richardson Medical Center is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and provide evidence-based pulmonary care and diagnostic testing per physician orders and protocols.

The position requires Texas licensure as an RCP, BLS, ACLS (NRP/PALS where applicable with 1-year hire), NBRC registration, registry-eligibility if certified, and at least 6 months of respiratory care experience.

Qualifikationen

• Texas RCP license in good standing (state of TX)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required; NRP/PALS as applicable; obtain within 12 months of hire
• Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
• If Certified, registry-eligible; obtain Registered status within 6 months of hire
• Minimum 6 months respiratory care experience

Your Job:
In this highly technical, fast-paced, and challenging Respiratory Therapist position, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide the very best care for patients. The Respiratory Therapist consistently performs evidence based pulmonary care and diagnostic testing in accordance with physician orders and evidence based protocols.

Your Job Requirements

• This position will be located at the Bush Renner Campus
• Currently licensed in good standing as a Respiratory Care Practitioners (RCP) by the state of Texas
• Current Basic Life Support certification required
• Advanced Cardio Life Support required (NRP, Pediatric Advanced Life Support where applicable certification - must obtain within 1 year of hire)
• Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care
• If Certified, must be Registry eligible and obtain Registered status within 6 months of hire
• At least 6 months respiratory care experience
