Job summary

ConnectedHealth in Havre, MT is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to deliver specialized care for patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary disorders. You will administer therapies, monitor responses, and support physicians in implementing treatment plans.

This role requires an Associate's or Bachelor's in Respiratory Therapy, RRT certification, Montana licensure eligibility, and BLS. Preference for ACLS.

Qualifications

• Must hold an RRT certification and Montana license.
• BLS certification is required.
• Eligibility to obtain Montana license if not yet licensed.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments, including oxygen and chest physiotherapy.
• Monitor and record patient responses to treatment.
• Perform pulmonary function tests and arterial blood gas analysis.
• Maintain and operate ventilators and other respiratory equipment.
• Respond to Code Blue and Rapid Response Team calls.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to update patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and therapies.
• Ensure equipment is sanitized, functional, and compliant with safety standards.
