Mercy Hospital St. Louis Critical Care Medicine Fellowship is seeking a Respiratory Care professional to join our team. You will perform direct patient care in all aspects of respiratory care, comply with physician orders, and consult on therapy effectiveness.
Ideal candidates will graduate from a CoARC-approved program, hold an RCP license and NBRC RRT credential; ACLS is preferred and critical care experience is desirable. PALS is required for ER staff. Physical demands are part of the role.
Performs direct patient care in all aspects of respiratory care, according to physician's orders. Consults physicians on effectiveness of therapy. Acts as an advanced resource person for physicians and nursing on respiratory care. Performs duties as assigned.
