Job summary

Mercy is seeking a compassionate Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this on-site role, you will assess, plan, and deliver respiratory care for patients across acute and critical care settings, including ventilator management, ABG analysis, and emergency response.

You will collaborate closely with physicians and nurses, educate patients and families, and document care using EMR.

Qualifications

• Assess, plan and deliver respiratory care for patients in acute and critical care settings.
• Ventilator management to support patients on mechanical ventilation.
• ABG analysis to assess gas exchange and adjust therapy.
• Emergency response and escalation as needed.
