Job summary

Medical City Alliance is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist for adult and NICU care on the night shift. The role requires delivering full respiratory care, following hospital policies, and supporting Respiratory Students in clinical settings.

Qualifications include NBRC-RRT or state credentials, current BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP, and an associate degree (bachelor's preferred). NICU experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP current upon hire.
• NBRC-RRT or state-credentialed Respiratory Therapist required.
• NICU experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive respiratory care to adult and NICU patients.
• Exercise proficiency in all modalities of respiratory care per policy.
• Collaborate with teams and supervise students as needed.

Job Summary and Qualifications

It is the responsibility of the staff respiratory therapist to demonstrate proficiency in all modalities of Respiratory Care with additional competency in NICU and Pediatric patient care. The Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for execution of assignments. All care will be in compliance with hospital and respiratory policies. May work with Respiratory Students in the clinical care setting.

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) current upon hire
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) current upon hire
• PALS and NRP current upon hire
• Associate degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• (NBRC-RRT) Registered Respiratory Therapist, or (RRT/RCP-State) Respiratory Therapist/Practitioner
• NICU experience strongly preferred
