National Staffing Solutions is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a Level II Trauma Center in Fort Myers, FL. The role includes delivering comprehensive respiratory care to all ages, managing ventilators, performing ABGs, and overseeing patient care from emergency to recovery.

The ideal candidate holds NBRC RRT credentials, with BLS and ACLS/PALS/NRP as appropriate, and possesses an Associate degree (Bachelor’s for advanced duties).

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Bachelor’s degree required to perform duties of a Technical Consultant.
• Credentialed by NBRC as an RRT; BLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver respiratory care to patients of all ages.
• Perform therapeutic, diagnostic and mechanical respiratory procedures.
• Administers oxygen therapy and therapeutic treatments.
• Conduct ABG draws and analysis.
• Manage ventilator settings and airway support.
• Oversee respiratory care from emergency to recovery.

Full Time Permanent Registered Respiratory Therapist / RRT

Are you a passionate Registered Respiratory Therapist / RRT seeking a new opportunity ?We are seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for its 699-bed Level II Trauma Center in Fort Myers, FL. The RRT will provide respiratory care to patients across all age groups, including oxygen therapy, respiratory treatments, ABGs, ventilator management, and airway management in an acute-care hospital setting.

What the Registered Respiratory Therapist / RRT will be doing:

• Deliver respiratory care to patients of all age groups.
• Perform therapeutic, diagnostic, and mechanical respiratory procedures.
• Administers:

• Therapeutic respiratory treatments
• Arterial blood gas (ABG) draws and analysis
• Ventilator management
• Airway management
• Manage respiratory support from emergency ventilation through recovery.

Qualifications for the Registered Respiratory Therapist / RRT:

• Education: Associate degree required. Bachelors degree required to perform the duties of a Technical Consultant.
• Experience: 2 years experience as RRT in hospital setting
• Certification: Credentialed by the National Board for Respiratory Care as an RRT. BLS required. ACLS, PALS, and NRP required as appropriate to population served and/or specialty.
• License: Florida Registered Respiratory Therapist license required.
