Northshore Home Health Care is seeking a Neonatal Pediatric Registered Respiratory Therapist to provide advanced respiratory care for neonates and pediatric patients in a high-acuity hospital setting. You will assess, plan, implement, and adjust ventilator and oxygen therapy as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires current RRT credentials, strong neonatal/pediatric expertise, and excellent clinical judgment.
