Civil Engineering Consultants (CEC) is a 100 person civil engineering and surveying firm. We provide services in the areas of public works, development, transportation, surveying and construction quality management. We have office located in San Antonio, Laredo and Bryan/College Station.

Civil Engineering Consultants (CEC) is seeking qualified individuals for the following positions in our San Antonio, Laredo and Bryan/College Station offices.

Registered Professional Land Surveyor

5 to 10 years' experience as a project manager, researching, assembling, coordinating and billing survey projects.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Assist the Survey Division Manager with daily operations, business development and client management.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and proposals.
• Coordinate and supervise office and field personnel.
• Supervise the preparation of drawings and metes and bounds descriptions.
• QA/QC survey work performed.
• Manage multiple tasks and coordinate multiple projects.

Qualifications

A comprehensive knowledge of ALTA/ACSM Land Title surveys, boundary analysis, topographic surveys, easement documents, legal descriptions, final plat preparation and construction staking is required.

Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble TGO, TBC and Trimble GPS field equipment is required.
