Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a dedicated Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) for full-time night shifts in a sleep lab environment. The role focuses on diagnosing and treating sleep disorders while delivering high-quality patient care.

Ideal candidates are mid-level professionals with RPSGT credentials, current BLS/CPR, and prior sleep lab experience, able to work independently through overnight hours.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) to work full-time night shifts. In this role, you will play a vital part in diagnosing and treating sleep disorders while delivering high-quality patient care in a sleep lab environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform overnight polysomnographic studies in accordance with established protocols and physician orders
• Prepare patients for sleep studies by explaining procedures and applying monitoring equipment
• Monitor patients throughout the night, ensuring safety, comfort, and accurate data collection
• Identify and respond to sleep-related events and physiological changes
• Score sleep studies and document findings in compliance with AASM guidelines
• Troubleshoot and maintain sleep lab equipment
• Maintain accurate, detailed patient records
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to support quality patient care
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and HIPAA regulations

Qualifications

• Active RPSGT (Registered Polysomnographic Technologist) credential required
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Prior sleep lab or clinical experience
• Ability to work independently and remain attentive during overnight shifts
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Proficiency with sleep study equipment and scoring software

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time role consisting of 8-hour overnight shifts
• Independent night shift environment with team support as needed
