Job summary

Harbor Health is seeking a Registered Pharmacy Technician to join our Retail Pharmacy Team in Boston, MA. You will assist the pharmacist by preparing and filling prescriptions and helping customers at the point of sale.

The ideal candidate has a MA-registered pharmacy technician license or certification, BLS, and 6 months to 2 years of outpatient or retail experience; strong attention to detail and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Registered or Certified Pharmacy Technician license from the Massachusetts Board of Pharmacy required.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers) Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Counts, fills, and labels prescriptions under supervision.
• Processes prescription claims across multiple insurances and resolves errors.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Greet patients at the Point of Sale and provide excellent customer service.
