Responsibilities

  • Fill prescriptions accurately using automation at the Fulfillment Center.
  • Maintain inventory levels and manage stocking and ordering of merchandise.
  • Coach, counsel, and train employees; ensure compliance with SOPs and HIPAA requirements.
  • Respond to customer and employee inquiries promptly and professionally; resolve complaints.

Must be able to handle multiple tasks daily.Equipment Used to Perform JobHigh volume solutions robotics, operating software, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.ContactsHas daily contact with Fulfillment Center employees. Has occasional contact with vendors, stores and government agencies.Financial ResponsibilityIs fully responsible for company assets including prescription inventory, pharmacy computer and software, and pharmacy fixtures.ConfidentialityMaintains the confidentiality of the customer's private medical information according to the HIPAA act. Maintains the confidentiality of prescription drug pricing and costs.I understand that this pharmacy handles and prepares hazardous drugs. The USP 800 is intended to ensure that personnel of reproductive capability understand the risks of handling hazardous drugs.
