Florida SouthWestern State College is accepting resumes in search of a Professor, Computer Science (Programmer) in the School of Business and Technology to join our team of exceptional faculty. The ideal candidate will have:

• A doctoral or master's degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education in the teaching discipline or a master’s degree with a concentration in the teaching discipline (a minimum of 18 graduate semester credit hours in the teaching discipline), or alternatively qualified with appropriate supporting documentation. In some disciplines/programs, alternate qualifications may be accepted with appropriate supporting documentation and with the approval of the Vice President, Academic Affairs.
• Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of the subject area to be taught and currency in the discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to use technology in creating and delivering course content.

Salary Range:

$51,976.01 – $61,643.90 (for two terms): the maximum salary is based on a doctorate education level and 10 years of verifiable full-time teaching experience. Salary will be determined at the hire date.
