About this Role:

As a Per Diem Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing and evaluating residents' conditions, developing individualized care plans, and implementing interventions to promote optimal health outcomes.
• Administering medications, treatments, and other medical interventions as prescribed by physicians and consistent with our care protocols.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers to provide comprehensive care and support to our residents.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care, medications, and treatments to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the quality of care and services.
