Job summary

Otterbein SeniorLife in Cortland, OH is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to join our compassionate care team. RNs direct resident care, collaborate with physicians and the multi-disciplinary team, and provide physical and emotional support to residents and families. Open interviews every Wednesday 8am–5pm at 303 N Mecca St., Cortland.

Pay starts at $35.00/hr with experience, plus $3.00 second/third shift differential and weekend diff up to $4/hr. Join our Partners in Caring.

Qualifications

• Graduate of approved nursing program.
• Valid Ohio RN license, CPR.
• At least 6 months direct care nursing experience; long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care to residents.
• Coordinate, supervise and evaluate resident care.
• Assist with safety assurance for residents and nursing staff.
• Communicate with nursing and other departments and service providers.
• Exhibit positive professional image to residents, visitors, and facility staff.
• Perform related tasks as required.
• Other duties may be assigned.
