Job summary

Cox Healthcare in Owasso, OK is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to oversee the care of residents in our long-term care community and supervise direct care staff. The role focuses on implementing and evaluating individualized care plans and ensuring quality nursing practice.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reports required condition changes, events to appropriate parties.
• Administers medication/treatments as prescribed.
• Monitors infection control compliance.
• Investigates/documents accidents/incidents.
