Job summary

PruittHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for Wound Care in Augusta, GA to provide comprehensive wound care, document care plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.

You will assess wounds, implement care plans, and participate in performance improvement activities while maintaining high standards of safety and patient-centered care. This role includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities for merit increases and ongoing professional development.
