BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for per diem weekend coverage in our home health senior living team. The role focuses on delivering skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients in their homes, ensuring compassionate, high-quality service to maintain independence and safety.

Responsibilities include assessments, wound care, medication reconciliation, and timely documentation, with flexibility to adapt to varied home environments and time-sensitive schedules.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing in Pennsylvania.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• At least one year of hands-on medical experience with adult/geriatric populations in acute care, home health, or rehab settings.

Make an Impact as a Registered Nurse at BAYADA Home Health Care

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Per Diem Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health senior living team. You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home. Home Health experience required. Position will cover all of the Senior Living office territory including Dauphin, Cumberland, York, Lancaster, Adams and Franklin County.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Use strong head-to-toe assessment skills with the ability to identify subtle changes in patient condition
• Utilize your experience with acute and post-acute care (e.g., CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care)
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting
• Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring
• Perform comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation

Qualifications for a Registered BAYADA Nurse:

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Pennsylvania
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• At least one year of current or recent hands-on medical experience within the past two years with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med-surg, sub-acute care or rehab units (medical or skilled nursing settings).

Base Pay, Depending On Qualifications And Subject To Negotiations

$55.00-$65.00 per point
