Aura Health in Missouri seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time Operating Room position with a weekend schedule. The RN will apply the nursing process to patient care, evaluate outcomes, and coordinate with preop, anesthesia, surgeons, and recovery teams to ensure safe, high-quality care.

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform prolonged standing, walking, and various physical movements.
