Montefiore Medical Center, located in the Bronx, New York, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Day shift on 12-hour rotations. The role requires assessment, planning and direct patient care for assigned patients, with responsibilities including medication administration and supervision of support staff.

The position includes alternate weekends and a 7:15 AM–7:45 PM schedule.

Formación

• New York State RN License Required.
• Associate's Degree Required; BSN Preferred.

The Registered Nurse is a clinically competent nursing professional with expertise in the assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation and evaluation of actual potential responses to human disease and illness. The Registered Nurse achieves these objectives by engaging in a variety of direct patient/family care activities. The Registered Nurse must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served.
