Veterans Health Administration in Lebanon VA Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse - Utilization Management. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, coordinating across the continuum of care with emphasis on patient education, self-management, and satisfaction.

The role requires collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to influence care outcomes. Telework is ad-hoc at supervisor discretion; standard schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm.

This position is assigned to the Lebanon VAMC within Community Care service line.

Key Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse - Utilization Management is responsible and accountable for all elements of the nursing process when providing and/or supervising direct patient care. Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care based on age specific components. Assumes responsibility for the coordination of care focused on patient education, self-management, and customer satisfaction throughout the continuum of care. Follows procedures per established policies and guidelines.

Influences care outcomes by collaborating with members of the interdisciplinary team. Executes position responsibilities that demonstrate leadership, experience, and creative approaches to management of complex .client care.
