The role supports comprehensive patient care, medication administration, and collaboration with the healthcare team in a modern facility undergoing ongoing improvements.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an approved nursing program, licensed in Massachusetts as an RN, and BLS certified, with Meditech experience preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse with current licensure.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers (American Heart Association) completion.

Aufgaben

• Assess patient health data and determine nursing diagnoses.
• Develop and implement Plan of Care to meet expected outcomes.
• Administer medications and IV fluids safely.
• Counsel and educate patients and families as part of the care plan.
• Provide nursing care to assigned patients and document progress.
• Collaborate with physicians and team for safe, effective care.
