Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center in Williamsburg, VA is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse for a 14‑week assignment in the Acute Cardiac/Stroke Unit (3 South). The position offers a day shift with rotating weekend coverage and emphasizes telemetry, post‑catheterization care, and stroke management.

The RN must have a degree or diploma from an accredited nursing program, BLS within 90 days of hire, ACLS within 1 year, and NIH stroke education within 1 year.

• RN degree or diploma from an accredited Registered Nursing Program.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• ACLS within 1 year of hire.
• NIH Stroke Education within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide competent nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Deliver patient‑centered care on the Acute Cardiac/Stroke Unit with emphasis on telemetry and post‑catheterization care.
• Collaborate with the care team to manage heart rhythm disturbances, heart failure, post‑PCI/ablation patients, and acute stroke cases.
