Qualifications

  • RN license in state of practice.
  • BSN from an accredited institution (degree verified).
  • Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
  • Preferred: 3 years of critical care or emergency department experience.
  • TNCC, ACLS, ENPC preferred.
  • Ability to conduct chart reviews and analyze clinical outcomes.

Job Description:The Trauma Performance Improvement and Injury Prevention Coordinator collaborates with the Trauma Program Manager to oversee performance improvement and injury prevention activities at the facility and community. This role may involve performance improvement tasks, as well as injury prevention education and community activities in line with ACS and State requirements for Trauma Center verification/designation.Position Details· Benefits Eligible: Yes· Shift Details: Part time, 20 hours/week, days0· Department: Trauma· Primary Location: Lutheran Hospital· Additional Details: One year of licensed RN experience required.
