Intermountain Health is seeking a Clinical Program Coordinator for Good Samaritan Hospital in Lafayette, CO. The role centers on coordinating trauma care processes, educating patients and families, and ensuring adherence to evidence-based guidelines within the hospital setting.
The position requires a BSN, current CO RN license, BLS-HCP certification, and at least three years of RN experience. Expect 40 hours weekly, with potential on-call duties and occasional cross-departmental coverage.
The Clinical Program Coordinator assesses, plans, implements and coordinates treatment processes from diagnosis through follow up, specifically guides patients through the collaborative process with all medical care providers and ancillary support programs and provides educational support along the continuum.
