Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our rehabilitation team in Tennessee, delivering individualized, compassionate care that supports patients on their path to recovery. You will assess, plan, and coordinate patient care across disciplines, prioritizing evidence-based practices and active patient-family engagement to drive meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate their recovery.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by our patients.
