Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking a qualified pediatric RN to provide focused, one-on-one home health care for a 7-year-old with G-tube, trach, and vent support in Florida. The role emphasizes autonomy, family-centered care, and clinical excellence in a home setting.

Candidates should have Florida RN license, BLS CPR, and experience or willingness to train in high-acuity pediatric care. Spanish/English bilingual skills are preferred to support the family.

Qualifications

• Current, active Florida RN license.
• Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person).
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train.
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QFT).
• Alzheimer's training – 2 hour DOEA approved course (provided at no cost).
• DOEA Alzheimer’s video training provided on DOEA website.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated one-on-one pediatric home health care.
• Manage high-acuity pediatric needs with clinical judgment.
• Build stable relationships with child and family, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Deliver care in a calm, controlled home environment with professional support.

Registered Nurse (RN) – Pediatric Home Health

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate pediatric nurse to provide individualized care for a 7-year-old client requiring G-tube, Tracheostomy and Ventilator management. The ideal candidate will have pediatric nursing experience, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to providing safe, supportive, and family-centered care. Spanish-English bilingual candidates are preferred to support effective communication with the client's family.

Requirements
