Openwork Health is seeking a Registered Nurse - Telemetry (RN, Telemetry Nurse) to join our healthcare team in Michigan. This role focuses on continuous cardiac monitoring, rapid assessment, and delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced setting.

You will work with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, document assessments accurately, and educate patients and families about cardiac conditions and care plans. Onboarding and credentialing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in the United States.
• Telemetry or acute care nursing experience preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS may be required depending on assignment.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs using telemetry equipment
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for patients with acute and chronic cardiac conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately and promptly
• Respond swiftly to changes in patient status and initiate appropriate interventions
• Educate patients and families about cardiac conditions, treatment plans, and self-care strategies
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
