Job summary

Triage Staffing is seeking a Telemetry RN for a 13-week assignment at a Critical Access Hospital in Ohio. Shift is 12-hour days from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM with 36 hours per week. Start date is 11/30/2026; beds: 25; EPIC chart system. This position is exclusive to Triage Staffing.

Requirements include RN licensure, ASN or BSN, a minimum of 2 years in telemetry, and a valid OH license. Benefits include Day One 401(k) contributions, licensing reimbursement, and nationwide health coverage.
