Job summary

Roxborough Memorial Hospital in Philadelphia is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver safe, patient-centered care in the Telemetry Unit using the nursing process. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for telemetry patients while coordinating with the team.

You will deliver direct patient care, educate patients and families, and support nursing staff to maintain high standards of care in a fast-paced unit.

Qualifications

• Active PA RN license required.
• BLS certification required upon hire.
• ACLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire.
• Previous acute care hospital experience preferred.
• RN-BC or similar board certification preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Provide direct patient care within scope of practice in Telemetry Unit.
• Direct and guide patient and family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel.
• Maintain standards of care in Telemetry Unit.

6. Medical‑Surgical Nurse‑Board Certified (RN‑BC) or similar certification; preferred.
7. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
