Job summary

Incredible Health in Montebello, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse - Telemetry to join our hospital partners. The role requires cardiac telemetry expertise and a valid RN license; BLS/ACLS are required, with 1 year of relevant experience preferred. Shifts include day and night, with full-time or part-time options.

You will monitor cardiac rhythms, administer care per the plan, educate patients, and document outcomes using EMR systems in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• 1 year of cardiac telemetry or related cardiac care experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• EKG rhythm interpretation and cardiac monitoring skills.
• Proficient with electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac rhythm and vital signs, identifying distress or abnormal patterns.
• Administer medications and interventions according to the medical plan of care.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to modify the plan of care for cardiac status.
• Educate patients and families on heart health, treatment plans, and home care instructions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient condition, treatment, and progress in the EMR.
