Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac rhythm and vital signs, identify distress or abnormal patterns
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per care plan
• Collaborate with providers to adjust the plan focusing on cardiac status
• Educate patients and families on heart health and home care
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient condition and progress

• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to the medical plan of care
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to evaluate and modify the plan of care as necessary, with a focus on patient's cardiac status
• Educate patients and their families on best practices for heart health, treatment plans, and any relevant home care instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient's condition, treatment, and progress in accordance with hospital and departmental policies

Salary: $77,580 to $161,878 /year
