Job summary

Palmdale Regional Medical Center is seeking an RN to provide safe, competent nursing care in alignment with facility policies and patient-centered care principles. The role emphasizes professional leadership and support to the healthcare team while upholding Service Excellence standards.

The position requires an NLN-approved RN program graduate, CA RN license, BLS/ACLS current on hire, and CPI within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• Current state nursing license in California.
• BLS and ACLS (current on hire).
• PALS or NRP (current or obtained within 90 days of employment) in required specialty.
• CPI required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy.
• Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.
• Assist in clinical leadership and patient advocacy within the unit.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and discharge planning.

Qualifications

Job Duties/Responsibilities Requirements:

• Prefer one year full time or three years part time experience in acute care setting.
• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• BLS and ACLS (current on hire)
• Current state nursing license.
• PALS or NRP (current or obtained within 90 days of employment) in required specialty.
• CPI is required within 30 days of hire.
