Advocate Health's Carolinas Medical Center PACU in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing practice and patient care in a high-acuity PACU setting. This full-time role emphasizes staff supervision, interview and selection, and continuous improvement in patient flow and outcomes.
Requires BSN, RN licensure, and leadership experience; two years of nursing practice preferred.

Pay Range: $44.15 - $66.25
CMC serves as the region's only Level 1 trauma center and is an approved transplant center for heart, kidney, pancreas and liver. We also serve as one of North Carolina's 5 Academic Medical Center Teaching Hospitals, providing residency training for more than 200 physicians in 15 specialties and serve as a regional campus for Wake Forest University School of Medicine, based in Winston-Salem, NC.
Work requires walking, standing, sitting, lifting, reaching, stooping, bending, pushing, and pulling. Must be able to lift and support the weight of 35 pounds in handling patients, medical equipment, and supplies. Must speak and understand English fluently. Intact sense of sight, hearing, smell, and touch. Finger dexterity. Critical thinking and ability to concentrate.
